As i am writing this review the redheaded waitress keeps ignoring me. She should have come and clean the empty plates of our starters 30 min ago but instead i had to ask another waiter to do it. And my pizza is nowhere to be seen yet. Most probably they have forgotten about it. What an experience. Uhggh.more

I'm really surprised by the Yelp reviews for Zizzi, this is a 2.5 star Italian at best (I am being generous by rounding up to 3).

Last weekend I attended the England- Australia rugby match at Twickenham. Rather than queue for a hour plus to get a train back to London, we headed onto the Twickenham high-street to get some food and wait out the masses and Zizzi was the highest rated on...more

Zizzi in Richmond is one of the many chain food places on the high street. The service here was good and they were willing to accept our 2 for 1 vouchers on a Friday (when they technically weren't valid).

Then again, on a Friday lunchtime when your restaurant is empty, you don't want to be turning away 12 people!

Oddly enough, they didn't have everything on the menu thoughmore
