With branches all over the UK, Fitness First offers the ability to improve your fitness at your own level regardless of shape or size. They have many facilities including a fully air conditioned gymnasium, qualified instructors, weight loss programs, beauty rooms, spas and steam rooms as well as a licensed bar area. This branch offers a luxurious swimming pool as well as a poolside jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. They also have squash courts, a bar and club room in which to relax, and additional therapies such as beauty treatments and physiotherapy. Members are entitled to weekend use of the Tottenham Court Road and Thomas More Square branches.
