This is a really old department store, like they use to have before House of Fraser and Debenhams rolled them out all of the country. Maybe you could say it's the Harrods of Ilford.
I am surprised it's still open. It's catered for an older market - lots of clothes for pensioners. No longer do I puzzle about where they get their specific 'fashions' from.
