A simply dreadful customer experience trying to order from them online and having it shipped to the USA.

Nowhere in the purchase process was it made clear that the package would arrive with a cash-on-delivery request for customs duties. I've twice ordered from their neighbor down the street, Charles Tyrwhitt and customs duties were never an issue.

Only a 250sq foot store, but what a great location. I have been to several of their stores and I love their style. They were also kind enough to call around and help find shirts in my size and I'm a big guy. I appreciate that they offer my size, most high end fashion retailers don't. Plus great sales in January.more
