Well.. when a girl over imbibes at a yelp event, you have to eat something afterwards. So some grub always hits the spot.
Friendly place, friendly atmosphere and on the way to liverpool street. Just the place to temp you on the way home!more
My friend and I were out the other day wandering the big bad streets of London and found ourselves on the doorstep of Pera. To be honest, I was a tiny bit dubious of the decor, but don't be. That old saying of 'don't judge a book by it's cover' rings true for this place because we ended up having one of nicest meals for a really good price.

Pera serves some of the nicest Turkish food I've had in this city. If I know I will be doing errands in the Shoreditch area, I mentally schedule in a takeaway falafel wrap from here.
The staff is really nice as well and often give me a hot tea while I wait.more
