Great ambiance and friendly service. Innovative menu items, like chestnut hummus with rosemary flatbread. Not sure I recommend the quail eggs - beautiful presentation and well cooked, but not mind blowing. The soda bread is fresh and delicious. I enjoyed the cow pie and chicken kyiv nice selection of beers. Portions were so large, no room for pudding.more
So, we've been coming here for a few years and I've not had time to review. Here it is, plain and simple!
The Parlour is so unique, it's decorum and atmosphere is just great, I guess that's why we've been coming here for a while now.
It's a little pricey but the food is 100% worth it. The Kiev is to die for, not a large portion but just the right amount! Perfectly cooked and presented.
How does this place not have more 5 star reviews? Perhaps because it is slightly off the beaten track as mentioned. But the food is delicious, interesting and beautifully presented.
We came for the brunch and pretty impressed by the "help yourself to bread" table where you had a choice of 5-6 different loafs, including gluten free bread. Then came the beautiful Parlour big breakfast.
Parlour in Kensal Green is an oustanding restaurant somewhat off the beaten track. Its Sunday roast is reason enough to make a little journey - it really is exceptionally delicious.
I was once for a private dinner event at Parlour and then went back almost a year later for the Sunday Roast.

The Chef's Table at the Parlour is one such experience that I recommend every person has to try at least once! This is my second visit and I certainly hope not my last!
