Noiya
Overview
It’s been several years now since the face of Indian restaurants changed forever but now, thanks to Noiya Indian Kitchen and Bar in London’s Clapham, it’s getting a facelift. A sleek addition to an already heaving local scene, Noiya stands out thanks to its cocktail bar styling (and drinks list) and fresh, all authentic food; and that’s not to mention the always good service from the highly professional staff. The interior here at Noiya is inspired by the upmarket bars and restaurants of the West End, earth toned décor given a lift with coloured lighting and the space extended by a generous pavement terrace seating area. An adventure in Indian cuisine, Noiya’s titular kitchen produces all homemade dishes prepared to traditional age-old recipes. The chefs use only fresh, hand-ground spices and herbs alongside the fresh on the day meats, fish and vegetables in their cookery, crafting your order with care to ensure quality and flavour.
