The Duck is one of the closest pubs to my new flat and is my new haunt for football. The screens are good quality and are dotted around the bar so you can always see one. They also have Sky Sports in 3D which I will try in future if I am more organised as the seats tend to be reserved in advance for the big matches.

While this mainly consists of pizza, the rest of the offerings are also a cut above standard pub dishes (mozzarella stuffed mushrooms anyone?) and with an open kitchen and pizza oven in full...more

I love The Duck, it's a great wee pub on Battersea Rise. It's utterly gorgeous from the inside out and I've had some brilliant Sunday afternoons and late Friday nights at this place.

The pub can get really busy on the weekends - day or night. There are lots of locals playing pool, eating and drinking. There are sports on the TV so usually a sporty crowd if there's a rugby match or a football...more
