Franco Manca

Franco Manca serves pizza made from slow-rising sourdough and is baked in a wood burning 'Tufae' brick oven made to Neapolitan standards. This gives a brilliant crust and pizzas are topped with quality and seasonal ingredients. The downside? It's no secret, so expect to queue.

Friendly service and really great pizza. I was sure you couldn't find pizza this good in London and was pleasantly corrected. We'll be back for sure.more

Just be aware that if you come later, it's likely you'll be in a massive queue.

The pizzas were...more
