Franco Manca serves pizza made from slow-rising sourdough and is baked in a wood burning 'Tufae' brick oven made to Neapolitan standards. This gives a brilliant crust and pizzas are topped with quality and seasonal ingredients. The downside? It's no secret, so expect to queue.

Been meaning to come here for an age and it does not disappoint. Some of the best pizza in London, love the sourdough bases. Also try the homemade lemonade!more
