Franco Manca

Franco Manca serves pizza made from slow-rising sourdough and is baked in a wood burning 'Tufae' brick oven made to Neapolitan standards. This gives a brilliant crust and pizzas are topped with quality and seasonal ingredients. The downside? It's no secret, so expect to queue.

Unique taste, compared with other pizza shops available in the London. I like to eat in the dinner time once a month there.more

The best pizza place in Brixton. And certainly one of the best in London, for a cheap price! Around 6-7£ a pizza made with fresh Italian ingredients. There's nothing else to say apart from that the food is tasty and the place is busy. Don't come during peak time if you don't like to wait, or ask for takeaway you'll be served in 10mns !more

Ok well, it's important.

Thin crust but not breakable, good sauce (without oregano, you gross tourists), juicy mozzarella. Yep, I'm a fan.more

I'd heard rave reviews about Franco Manca for months, and finally visited last weekend. Boy have they nailed their pizzeria game!

Just be aware that if you come later, it's likely you'll be in a massive queue.

The pizzas were...more
