Meejana is an award-winning, boutique Lebanese restaurant in Weybridge, Surrey ideal for a relaxed lunch or informal dinner. The food is traditional Lebanese with over 36 mezze dishes and 18 main courses, plus steaks for those who fancy a change. Aside from the steaks, all our meat is Halal. Half of the menu is vegetarian - this is traditional in Lebanon - and so the cuisine is perfect for all tastes. In general, the food is not spicy and the tastes range from the simple to the unexpected. We make each dish to order so you get the freshest taste you can when dining in the restaurant, which also means that when we are serving lots of mezze (the best way to experience the food) dishes do not arrive at the same time. However, this is usual of Mediterranean dining - you only have to look at tapas in Spanish cuisine - and you can"t help but relax with a few friends, some wonderful food and some of the best boutique wines available today.

This simple restaurant specializes in Lebanese food. I'm a huge fan of Lebanese cuisine, specially the savory desserts. This little joint is family run, and has a sort of market feel to it, because they sell regional products, but they also have the restaurant. go ,you must try the hommos beiruty, a spicy version of the well known dish, and the kibeh bissayniyeh, its a dish with lamb with...more

Quantities: small for price.

Composition/arrangement: not at all what we were hoping for. Who has eaten a schwarma (they spelled it with a C) as a pile of lamb or chicken on a plate with no bread, no pickle, no fries, or no mayo. Salad with pomegranate seed was nice and the chicken seasoning was tasty.

Price: give me a break. The...more
