This is one of those reviews that I hesitated to write, due to the fact that I don't want the secret to get out. Vitality is a hidden gem. Mind you, so is Barnes. And since I don't know anyone else on Yelp who happens to live in Barnes, I think I'm pretty safe.

Vitality Beauty Gym is not as good as Fitness First or Virgin Active gym.
I have tried the three of them, and VBG is the least of them when it comes to quality training, equipment, friendly staff, cafe bar, lounge, and steam room, sauna, pool, cardio activity, yoga, and personal trainer.
