I came early morning for coffee . We got a table and then we have to add one more chair and it was ok to do so as there is a space and we ask one of the waiter she was ok. After adding the chair another cAme and she was angry and she polled the chair and return it back . We told her the other was ok . She said no you cant. We couldn't get into nearby Fortnum & Mason's so ended up at this tourist trap. Paid £10.50 for a meagre selection of stale finger sandwiches and £3.50 for a pot of mediocre mint tea which was plonked on the table by a surly staff member with poor English. My friend had scones which which better, but still overpriced. Avoid.more
I was very disappointed with Richoux this time around. I went for Saturday morning breakfast and was greeted with an unenthusiastic shrug from a tired-looking waiter. I waited for ten minutes before he decided to take my order, a latte and a ham and cheese omelette.

My enduring memeory from this Richoux is it's breakfasts where are truly tasty and wonderul. I have never seen an English Breakfast cooked so well and with so much taste (minus any fat etc).
Of course you have to try the pastries and their chocolates.more
