It's salsa time! Well that's pretty much my main thought when I make it to Floridita. The reason being of course is that they typically have live salsa music on Friday and Saturday night after 9pm. However, be warned, as they do charge a cover (£10) and last time I was there they had a John Legend tribute band (and a poor one at that). They kindly also forgot to tell us and we had to complain...more
The food here is a hit. We had a selection of empanadas and the charcutterie board to start and it was delicious. Probably the best empanadas that I've had in London so far as they reminded me of my faves in New York (Mama's Empanadas if you ever get a chance to go). I had the feeling when I walked into this place that I should have stopped by the cash machine and tapped myself out. But...more

2. Great cocktails - they take their pride in cocktails. I ordered a pornstar martini, they wouldn't make it because another bar who invented it (I suspect LAB) is nearby and it would look bad if they made someone else's cocktail. So...more
