We ordered food and water, and we had to change a glass because of black dust inside.
We had at first some samousa, very common, nothing special, not enough spicy and no spicy or hot sauce available.....
The main courses are correct but nothing exceptional, the sauces are sweet and not spicy at all.
I guess you can find a better indian food experience somewhere else.more
We went here for dinner, and the butter chicken was tasty. It is tomato-based (which I like), unlike a lot of the coconut-based butter chicken dishes in many Indian restaurants around London. The naan was also very good. They do not have chai on the menu, to my disappointment.more
Overall good quality chicken curry. They have a lunch special for £8.50 plus 12% service charge and you get choice of 2 apps, choice of chicken curry or something not spicy and choice of fresh naan or rice.
I also ordered some garlic Daal which was average and under salted.
Nice people with attentive service. No Wi-Fi.more

Strand Tandoori was not one of these places.
It wasn't the flavour,...more
