Bar Kick

Bar Kick shows 3D football matches in its basement, but you won't just be watching football here – you'll be playing it too. The place is famous for table football. Book a table and spend the night competing against your mates, or enter one of the regular competitions. If you get hungry, you can select from a menu of freshly cooked dishes.

Any bar that encourages you to spend your evening playing table football is going to get a recommendation from me. A few tables upstairs however downstairs is a room packed full of tables. Bar itself is nothing special - international feel, flags everywhere and they screen big games if that appeals, though the England v Ukraine world cup qualifier was just background noise to me!

Table footy however is my bar game of choice, and I got totally nostalgic for my uni bar. If you're a fellow foosball fan/geek (can't...more
