I have been to Prince Regent several times now as I work nearby. I have, admittedly, only been for drinks, but each time has been a really pleasant experience. Run of mill gastropub. Our large group were seated upstairs which was nice, except when we had to do the food and drinks orders. You had to traipse back down again and again. Food was average. Good portions but my burger tasted overdone and burnt. The ladies is well worth a visit though.more

Came here with work collegues, as a table of about 8, on a Monday lunchtime. We were the only folk there.

Despite this, all steak dishes were off the menu.

To top that, they are serving fake pie -- their 'chicken and ham hock pie' is served in a dish with a pastry lid. I can't stand it when pub/restaurants do this. A pie has pastry all around!

Tucked in here on a Saturday night with a couple friends and was extremely pleased with our choice. We were in search of a non-chain pub, tasty food and an off the beaten road beer selection. We found all these things in spades at Prince Regent.

What a lovely pub - I can't believe it's taken me this long to find it! The Prince Regent served as a perfect meeting place before heading to an art exhibition around the corner on Marylebone Road. Conveniently located in equal distance from Baker Street and Regents Park stations, the place was heaving on a Friday night - but in a nice way.
