A vegetarian/vegan restaurant? Most people would scoff and be none too pleased to be brought here (that's if you could get in as the queues and wait list is quite hefty). I'm not a veggie, but happily open to the concept. The reality at Mildred's is fantastic.

Nice veggie/vegan restaurant for lunch. Space is small but beautiful with the skylight. Service was very friendly and fast.

So one of my friends is on this new diet, and I had to find a place specific for her tastes - lo and behold Mildred's. It was one of the top searches when you look for vegetarian in London.

As a vegetarian, Mildreds has been on my radar for quite some time. The few times I have tried to get a table have been Friday/Saturday nights, and I was put off by the hour-long queue.
