This is a straightforward old-style pub, McMullens ales, thai food. Its definitely rough around the edges but its very much a community local and in this day and age of gastropubs, high prices, and poncyness this is sometimes just what is called for. You'll never come accross it by chance as its hidden away in the back streets.more
The Windsor is a small local pub situated in the suburbs of Finchley. It serves the locals and you can tell when you walk that they all seem to know each other and that you are not local.
That being said, they have an exceptional range of McMillen's ales on tap and they even had a seasonal ale on offer too. The barman was actually really friendly and welcoming.
