Overview

<BR>

Inspired by a typical cellar visit to growers in France where, after tasting, you are offered local cheeses and a hunk of pâté served with a baguette on an up-turned barrel and more wine! What more could you want.

For our version we try and source the very best products using our connections in France, the finest farm house cheeses from Philippe Olivier in Boulogne, possibly one of the best cheese shops on the Planet! Game terrines, pâtés, rillettes and saucissons from the Loire Valley; award winning hams from Dorset and organic vegetarian quiches from Devon; along with some homemade seafood pates, vegetarian mousses or houmous served with crusty bread and biscuits. With this you get the added pleasure of choosing your wine from the carefully selected range in our cellar shop to go with it paying just a small corkage charge on top of the shop price.

The Wine Library is divided into a vaulted area with some seats and stools by underlit shelves mounted on all the walls and a wine shop which is a large room filled with wine with a bookshelf at...more
