Absolutely love Del'Aziz for breakfast lunch or dinner! So much great food to choose from - recommend the chicken kebab and any of the dips with the pitta...and everything else! Amazing cakes too and massive meringues. Make the trip, its so nice to be off of Tooley Street and in a place where you might be able to find a table. The courtyard is lovely to sit in if you go when the weather is...more
What I like best about del Aziz is the sheer space. It's huge, so perfect for outings with the pram. But...not a fan of the food, so much. We went there for a weekday brunch. In order to take advantage of all the yummy mummies and yuppies with too much money, they are developing the area of Bermondsey Square. So in floods an arthouse cinema, boutique hotel and the luscious Del' Aziz delicatessen chain. Dear God, this place should come with a warning label *Will make you fat and poor*.
Part deli store, part restaurant, part sexy bar... it's stylish and delicious....more
