Royal Teas is a cosy and intimate vegetarian café and coffee shop set in one of Greenwich's prettiest streets.
The environment is intimate and friendly, with the venue divided into two rooms. Food is all homemade and freshly prepared. Everything is vegetarian, ranging from super soups to amazing American style breakfasts. And the homemade cakes are a real treat.

Ok, I clearly didn't do Royal Teas right.
I was in Greenwich and needed an hour to kill to work. I did a quick Yelp search and found this little cafe with amazing reviews and went to check it out.
It's easy to walk right by this place, but don't. Inside is small but with a homey feeling and staff that are very friendly.

The staff were helpful and friendly, and served me up a huge pot of Javanese coffee and a slice of cake for under a fiver. I spent a very pleasant afternoon reading my book, munching Chocolate and Almond cake between huge slurps and...more

Tucked away from the main drag of Greenwich it is frequented almost entirely by locals reading papers and eating gorgeous homemade cakes from a selection so broad that it often leaves me flumuxed when trying to decide! (though if pushed I'd always recommended the ginger cake warmed with ice...more
