I have feet, but aside from that my knowledge of running is very slim.
The staff here are incredibly helpful, they analyse your gait by getting you to run up and down in the street (maybe best to do this on a quiet day if you get embarrassed).

Nice selection and helpful staff -- they are quite knowledgable and really help you find the right shoes and kit (I appreciated this after coming from another sports store where they either ignored me or tried to push shoes on me blindly).
