Ryan's Bar has friendly staff, a nice vibe, and excellent Thai food. They have three cask ales on (all at £3.40 a pint) but all three are bloody awful. I'd rather they didn't bother. So I was there long enough to try one of...more

Some tasty thai food is produced here most evenings, although they were between chefs last time I popped in. The large garden provides ample seating in the summer, but the arrangement of tables is rather regimented and unimaginative. I suppose it maximises the use of space.

It is one of my favourite bars because you are sure to have an enjoyable moment.

From live-sport (Rugby World Cup for exemple) with big screen to live-music there is always something happening!

During the day, you can have a seat and use the free WI-FI while you're drinking an apple juice.

A nice point is the garden reachable by stairs at the back of the place.
