Ryan's Bar has friendly staff, a nice vibe, and excellent Thai food. They have three cask ales on (all at £3.40 a pint) but all three are bloody awful. I'd rather they didn't bother. Doom Bar (in theory by the Rock Brewery in Cornwall but actually owned by Molson Coors and tasting like it), Deuchars IPA and Hobgoblin. I was there to see a friend's band. Beer here is well priced and it has a range of tellies...more

During the day, you can have a seat and use the free WI-FI while you're drinking an apple juice.
A nice point is the garden reachable by stairs at the back of the place.
People are always...more
