came here after the Theatre for dinner on a recommendation it lived up to its reputation. We were very impressed for the most part! I especially liked the cheese selection that was part of our 5 course meal. I did not find the lobster bisque to be very good and I have had that everywhere I travel. Overall this was a good choice.more

Dinner? I'll pass next time around. I enjoyed the lobster bisque, that's it. I'm not sure if the steak can command such a price. Too much garlic and onion for my taste. My friend enjoyed her wellington though.

I really, really wanted to love this place, but sadly it was a let down. I have always wanted to try Gordon's Beef Wellington and figured what better place than one of his restaurants in London.

Can't understand the outstanding reviews here. The Savoy may have been wonderful in the past; I remember coming here for fantastic meals years ago, but those glory days are long gone and the Savoy continues to trade on its previous good reputation. I don't think the celebrity chef has added anything but his name.
