Been here a couple of times now, most recently last night. Each time it's been fairly empty, but the bartenders are friendly. I haven't tried the food, but it looks good.

Overall, it's a quiet, relaxing local - but expensive! Two and a half pints cost us just under 12 quid! Then again, we were drinking Hoegaarden... I'm just glad to have a local pub that serves a beer I love on tap.

This pub has recently had a bit of a refurb / takeover. The Sunday roast here is delicious. They have a small garden out back but since it hasn't really been warm enough to sit outdoors, sitting by the lovely fire is a great way to keep warm.

Bloody Marys are served in a mini jug, my kind of drink.

Lovely service, good d├ęcor and good music.more

I really enjoy going to this restaurant. The garden is my favourite place even though it's small and it's hard to find seats on sunny days. The food is delicious and looks very good when served.

I really like their events. It so nice to go there and to be surprised that this evening they have organized something special. Definitely will rate with 5 stars.more

Fresh crusty bread, was followed by rabbit terrine and potted crab. Then courgette and cheese tart with mint sauce followed, accompanied...more

This is quite a nice pub. Had a decent selection of ales when I visited, including a couple from the Brodie's east London brewery, including their strong tasting Jamaican stout (not for everyone!).

I liked the dimly lit interior, although I could have done without the volume of the evening's jazzalthough it was quite amusing trying to work my conversation around a particularly long drum...more
