A group of girls went to Betty Blythe's for a friends 40th birthday and had the most lovely afternoon.
We all dressed up for the occasion, knowing that it was a special day.
We had the whole tea room booked for two hours for our group, which made it very personal.

Celebrated my 30th with afternoon tea here in a group of 11. Absolutely gorgeous space and we had the upstairs to ourselves. Yummy food served on elegant dishes, and it was lovely to receive it as several courses, as the food just kept coming! I love this venue, the staff are always so polite and welcoming and the cakes are delicious.
It's a great place for a hen do - I had mine there last year - or a baby shower. It's a really girlie spot for a get together and you can bring your own booze which helps with the cost.
I'd go much more often if I was in the area...more
