Overview

Arbutus is a bustling, modern bistro, with stylish décor and contemporary feel; its focus on modern artwork and design ties it closely to its fashionable neighbourhood of Soho village. Arbutus opened in May 2006 as the first project of Anthony Demetre and Will Smith, with a simple but unique idea: to create a fresh, seasonal and affordable menu of the best quality and spectacular flair. The project proved to be a great success, earning Arbutus a Michelin star in January 2007.
