Disappointing. Food flavor too salty, presentation fairly thoughtless, especially for a restaurant like this. Far too little food in total, even for find dining. You should not have to hit McD after spending 90 quid on a tasting menu (I'm 5'7" with a minimal appetite). Service adequate but not particularly attentive. Below par among its peer group.more
Maze is one of those restaurants I've wanted to eat in for about as long as I've written reviews. Under Jason Atherton this place was a powerhouse, but he's headed off to do his Social thing and maze lost the Michelin star last year.

Worst service ever!!
I ate tuna tartare roll for starter. This one was great. However, main dish came out right after starter, literally it was less than a second.
I ordered lunch prix fixe and 1/2 bottle of wine was included but it wasn't served until I got the main course, so I asked server when I could get the wine. The server said the wine was not included so I had to check the menu...more
Oh well , the food was good but not good enough for the price.
Portions are expected are tiny
We had the scallop ceviche with truffle and tbd seared octopus.
We had the aged prime beef which was the best out of the bunch , we has the halibut which came five pieces of bone ( are you kidding me ?!!!!!) and the black cod which was flavorless and micro mini.
