This was incredibly underwhelming the 5 course tasting menu was just ok. The Pork main course of the tasting was so salty I could barely eat it. I was shocked that one of the servers came to clear our plates and never even asked why we were not finishing several of the plates. We were also never actually asked if we liked our food. Oh well , the food was good but not good enough for the price.

Portions are expected are tiny

We had the scallop ceviche with truffle and tbd seared octopus.

We had the aged prime beef which was the best out of the bunch , we has the halibut which came five pieces of bone ( are you kidding me ?!!!!!) and the black cod which was flavorless and micro mini.

My Maze experience was one of three fancy tasting-menu dinners I got to try while I was in London for three weeks -- the other two being Le Gavroche and Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester. While I didn't enjoy this experience as much as Le Gavroche, I definitely preferred it to Alain Ducasse.
