The technicians here are inexperienced and do a job that's mediocre at best. It's over-priced too. Two stars for online booking and not-bad hours, and because it's cute.more
The online booking system is good and the place is clean, but that's about it. I can only comment on waxing - but my impression is NOT good.
The first time I went here for an eyebrow wax, the technician was 15 minutes late. Given that this is a 15-minute appointment, that is pretty annoying and the eyebrow wax was average.

A few week's ago, having been working hard, I was in need of some serious pampering, so I treated myself to a facial and manicure at Bliss Spa.

Have I been to the same Bliss as everyone else writing these reviews? I understand that the prices may seem steep for London but maybe I'm only used to it because I am from New York and these prices were actually cheaper that the New York branch of Bliss...and the services MUCH better. Pricey but similar to most of the other Bliss outlets -- maybe less pretentious than the NYC spas. Most of the services I can't comment on but the massages and facials for men are very good. The therapists and estheticians are friendly and professional. Not totally "blissful" but a convenient and clean spa.more
