When a hunky bloke called my name and asked me to follow him to the treatment room, I thought that's the answer for all my shoulder and neck aches- he has muscles and definitely I will have the best massage ever!!
to my disappointment and frustration the guy's understanding of massage is pressing with his rough nails on my neck- it caused so much pain and I had no muscle rubbing at all
Same experience as the reviewer comparing this location to Bliss in NYC. I used to go to Bliss Soho in Manhattan and I felt like the girls doing the services in London didn't have enough experience. For the price, my eyebrow wax was two swipes of wax and she was done. She asked me to look at them and I had to point out areas that were clearly not finished. ...annoying.

The place serves up pretty much everything you need out of spa... Most importantly, the staff has very low turnover, from what I experienced, so you get to know them well and them you.
