A pub in Kings Cross, just round the corner from the station, part of the way down York Way.
Its a nicely made up pub and for a Sunday afternoon it's a pleasant space to pass the time, being the first of my group to arrive I checked the place out while looking for a place to sit, the upstairs bar was closed but I did find the nice roof terrace. This is a review to alert you that, yes, there is a small rooftop patio near King's Cross. It is smallish and walled in, so be aware of that, but still a good spot for catching some fresh air.
Oh, and they did NOT have any Doom on hand when I went, sadly.more
I'm giving this 5 stars, but with the caveat that I am rating it 5 stars as a pub to have lunch in. I'm not comparing it to any high end restaurant or to a dive bar. It is a nice pub to have a meal, and that's how I'm rating it.

Went here for the pre party drinks with the Crisis volunteers last night. The service was very good, drinks were reasonably priced for London and everyone seemed to have a good time.
