This is another Italian chain in London but much more authentic then Prezzo. For one, you will always find that the vast majority of the staff are Italian (I've been to three different locations and this has been consistent). You'll also find that the people who typically eat here are Londoners (I haven't found too many tourists when I've visited).

I had quite the decent experience here. The food was OK, I was not blown away. The guests at my table were not dazzled either. The atmosphere is cute, and the place was clean. The service was decent, although there seemed to be some miscommunication between servers and chefs. Not my favorite eatery in London but certainly not the worst.more

Great food and friendly service. After a long day of travel, we were delighted to have this restaurant so close by. Great menu. My son and I had the pesto and husband had the bolognese -- delicious! And cold beer!!! Love the garlic bread too. Will definitely go back before we leave.more
Had the special (Penne w/ tomato sauce and bacon) and was very happy with it, even ate most of the red onions as they were cooked well (even though I'm not a fan). Fiancé had a dish (forgive me for not remembering the names, they're very Italian) with salmon and a creamy white wine sauce that was fantastic as well.
