Good for mediocre food at moderately high prices.

The two times I've been here, one element was always the same, the service was poor. The layout of the place is unusual and I think, at least on the ground floor, that adds to the awkwardness.

A cheap place to go for a night out. It's sort-of-club with loud music and a small dance floor but without the crazy strobe lights that will give you an epileptic seizure...

The crowd is young(ish), my lucky guess would be that the average age is around 25. For anyone looking for company it seemed to work out for most people! ;)more

Convenient location, pretty good burgers, but a bit slow on the service for something that looks and feels like a pub.

Wouldn't either recommend nor discourage.

If you have a taste card, make sure you book more than an hour in advance. Unlike most other lovely places, they categorically refuse to accept it unless you have adhered to the letter of the law.more

Reminded me a bit of places I would go when I was younger. That wasn't a bad thing, but it kind of is now. Its just not my kind of place.

Still, the pubs open late doesn't seem to be so much survival of the fittest, but rather something that rhymes with the famous theory, so this place is a relatively fresh pick amongst the rotten fruit on offer at that time of night.
