Pearl Restaurant and Bar, Chancery Court Hotel’s main gastronomic venue is re-opening as an all-day brasserie. Pearl will be open all day every day for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, drinks and dinner, serving an informal menu of classic international dishes, using locally sourced ingredients.
