We felt really lucky to find a last minute table on a weekend night in the heart of Soho, so I can say at least we were inside and sitting down. Had a pre theatre dinner here as it's located very close to prince Edward Theatre. Had starters of king prawns and calamari. Big portions and I was satisfied with the starters. Sadly, I was unimpressed with the chef's special of spaghetti meatballs! Meatballs were so dry! And not much sauce with it. It was rather disappointing.more
The service was always spot on and the food was delicious. We went there as the last customers of the night and it felt like "be our guest" scene from beauty and the beast. I went there with a friend on Friday night. I was not impressed by the food or wine.
First we were quite surprise it wasn't busy at all, but now I understand.
I decided to have a glass of house red and my friend ordered a jameson and coke. I got a glass of wine (you may want to call it vinegar as it was really disgusting). They brought a glass of whiskey and ice with no coke to my friend....more
Decided to take in a show at 6:30 and ran in to get tickets. Not wanting to miss the show's start at 7:30, needed a place to eat and make. Walked up the street and found a few tables available for an Italian dinner. We were seated right away were able to order within 5 minutes.
