Amazing local beers, delicious bar snacks and friendly bartenders. Great pub atmosphere here too. Refer to my pics, they speak more than a thousand words. Service from the staff was great too and their chef worked wonders with the meal! Would definitely come by here again if I was stopping by a London pub :)more

After reading the new reviews for the restaurant here, checked it out. The food was pretty good, serving size for the pie was a bit smaller than expected but still good. Owner imposes a flat 50p charge for using debit card under £20. I had paid the extra 50p for using my visa debit and when I wanted to add another beer, she said she was going to charge me another 50p!!! Terrible customer service, and this was the owner...no interest in spending money here!more

We happened on this pub this afternoon (all jetlaged and confused), during their afternoon kitchen break. The chef went out of his way so much and went to the kitchen to make us wonderfully delicious, piping hot, huge plates of foods! The bartender was polite, prompt, and extremely helpful as well! I won't hesitate on returning again. In fact you can count on it!more

Not a very big pub but I like it all the same. The Guinness was good and I met some very interesting characters in there... A pap, a writer and a candle stick maker! Well perhaps not the last one.

Nothing much more to say about it other than it's another happy addition to my list of London pubs, that are good to stop in for a pint of the black stuff!more
