Stumbled in seeking refuge from the Harrods Vampires, tourists blood thirsty for sales. It was closed to prepare for dinner, but they let me have drinks at the bar. Very kind and genuine people, also do their best to accomodate. Quiet, yet not dead. I will return for dinner soon and update on food.more
One of the Old School Italians that used to be the rage in 60's/80's London, San Lorenzo hasn't stood the test of time as well as the others.

Well I agree with some of the put downs about this place. Afterall, I was dating a rock star when I ate here the first time. My pasta was actually okay. Was it worth the amount of pounds it cost, well no but it was decent. Calamari is good. Service is impeccable and yep it is a place to be seen and most of all to be seen with someone famous.
