It is generally located in a great spot with lovely views, the food is very nice and tasty but the service is a little slow which could be because they can get quite busy but even on empty occasions it is also relatively slow.

Really nice Italian restaurant with a spacious and lovely terrace on the riverside.
Excellent food and presentation. It is difficult to find so tasty and well cooked calamari rings... absolutely delicious!! Good fish and, of course, excellent pizza.
I haven't give it a 5 because of the noise, there were several private celebrations.more
This is an odd one, great location and let's say 9 times out of 10 it's been a good stalwart of the Wandsworth end of Putney. However on one occasion I received a very watery strangely textured fillet of steak which left a metallic after taste and at once complained. I visited Marco Polo on a really wet and miserable evening, but the warm greeting I recieved from the staff quickly cheered me up. The service is one of the really special things about this restaurant - without being pushy or annoying, the waiters really take care of their patrons. Truly a hidden gem as it's about a 15 minute walk from east putney tube and the cab driver was convinced that the street it's on didn't exist! It's a lovely restaurant and bar on the riverfront. Stopped in for a drink and the upstairs room is great for a private party.more
