This is a chain owned under the name Greene King. It's next door to the Blue Anchor ( which I highly recommend).

Wife and I decided to try the lunch special, Burger and chips for 6.95 pounds. The burger was well done and juicy. The French fries hot and crispy. Tasty lunch. E

Ok, however I prefer the Blue Anchor for my food and brew.

If in the area go to local owned and not chained owned....more

Good location with some outdoor seating and cold beer along the Thames. If it's a nice day in the London area and you feel like getting out this pub is an easy walk from others.more

An ok pub by the river. Drinks were served in plastic cups instead of glass, which gave it a student feel. They did have an interesting raspberry cider.

At the bar, we weren't asked if we needed anything, we had to specifically ask to be served.more

A great little pub to come to along the Thames. There are only a few pubs along the Hammersmith section of the river and this is one of them, sitting directly next to the Blue Anchor. This means that seating is very limited as the benches for the two pubs mingle together, especially in peak periods. Another company dinner and I tried the beef Pie and I like it very much. They have a good beers selections and a nice river viewmore
