This place rated well so my friends and I gave it a try and we're not impressed. The appetizers were the better part of the meal. The fish of the fish and chips turned out to be so greasy that it was pooling off to the side of the platter.more

A bit torn on this review.

The interior is great, I could see it as an awesome atmosphere when filled up... But we were the only ones there for lunch... And we are very slowly.

Not sure how to rate service, as it was basically them taking our order and bringing us our plate. Not UNfriendly, but not inviting either.

We're sitting here at 1638 local. On our 2nd pint. Shared the steak sandwich. Great snack for two. Would have given this pub 5/5 except the pumped beers didn't come with a user guide so my first pint was room temperature. Entirely my fault. I know. But I am Australian... Locals started to roll in after work. Good vibe here right now. Excellent way to end our first day in London.more

While the service was good, the food here is disgusting. The fish and chips was probably one of the worst I've ever had. You can tell that the fish they used was frozen because it was extremely mushy and the breading pretty much fell off the fish. As for the Steak pie, it was okay, except that they oversalted it as it was barely edible. I was hoping they would at least get the chips fried...more
