So if you are looking for a proper pub in Canary Wharf this is probably the best you are going to find I think.
It is next to Cafe Rouge and looking out is straight out on to the dock, and you could probably just make out the Thames. If you are in the Canary Wharf area you'll probably be looking at all the amazing buildings.

Come here for the lunch special - 8 GBP for an entree and a pint. Can't beat that deal.
The sausages and mash is good enough. Nothing to write home about, but at least it has more flavor than regular pies and mash.more

Unfortunately this is actually one of the better 'pubs' in Canary Wharf, however that's more of a comment on the sorry state of affairs in the Wharf than a recommendation.
