If you want to eat Colombian food in London you head to the Elephant and Castle neighborhood. One of the best Colombian restaurants here is La Bodeguita located inside the shopping center at the roundabout. Great steaks at reasonable prices. There are also some traditional ranch hand meals for a few nights transporting cows in the olden days. Good selection of soups and appetisers as well.Read More

I strongly suspect I got food poisoning from the Bodeguita deli (not the proper restaurant but a few steps from it). I got the delicious arepa con queso and a pandebono around 4pm 24 December and felt great until about an hour or so later. After drinking a cup of hot mulled wine at a pub I immediately felt sick and it seems unlikely mulled wine would cause such a reaction.

I'm surprised this place hasn't got more reviews and more stars. I've been coming here off and on for a few years now and have never been let down.

I haven't come here for the night life, and I should cause I bet it would be interested. But I just came here for food... we were starving! and the menu seemed interesting.
