Loved the food we tried here. Came as part of the Secret Brixton event last month. Despite the total chaos of the event (badly dealt with by Yelp, not the vendors) the staff at Zoe's were really friendly even with queues of people wanting free samples out the door.

I was lucky enough, at the Prop Room Yelp event, to be trapped by a large number of people near the table where Zoe's was doing samples of her fried chicken strips. Normally a bunch of people in my way would have ruined the night, but instead it made it.

By the time we got to Zoe's Ghana Kitchen, their famous fried chicken was all sold out and so was almost everything else on the menu. The only dish they had left was the goat curry which we promptly ordered with a side of Jollof Rice.

So so sooooooo... My mother is Ghanaian and I have visited the mother land a few times, so I know authentic Ghanian food when I taste it.
I didn't taste much but what I did eat was the jollof fried chicken ... Yeah thumbs up to that! Its not authentic but I like it so I won't complain! Really tasty and I honestly could've had more!

Visited here today as I wanted something rich but healthy and that is just what I got! Such a cute little place - the chef and waitress inside were so friendly and helpful with my food choices!
I went for the goat stew and the avocado special. MY GOSH. The goat stew was unbelievable! Jam packed with flavour and the meat oh so tender - I didn't want it to end.
