A typical Town shopping centre; A few popular high street stores (a little on the small side) mixed in with cheap 'everything for £5' "Fashion" stores.
I wouldn't expect anything too exciting, most stores are small to medium sized, so you dont get as much of a choice as other places!

The Whitgift Shopping Centre is quite a good one in central Croydon, near to a few hotels like the Town Centre Croydon Premier Inn and Hampton by Hilton as well as being a short walk away from East Croydon Station.

Right up my street!! Good quality shopping. I have made some real Killings in suits because of present economic situation. Wife has enjoyed the same savings in ladies clothes. Some good eateries contained within. Recommend it.more
I have become a true fan of the Whitgift Centre since moving in the area two years ago. None of the other areas really have a big shopping centre on their doorsteps. The lighting in the shopping centre is amazing and there is plenty of space to wander around without walking around like sheep, one after the other.
