I decided to make reservations for dinner for my husband and I on a rainy evening. Scoff and Banter was perfectly located right around the corner from our hotel and several others and quite reasonably priced. When we walked inside we noticed how beautiful the restaurant was. Very tastefully and creatively decorated without being pretentious. A very welcoming and warm restaurant with very sweet...more

One of the worst dining experiences ever here. Be warned.

I had the Scoff and Banter Favourite which was excellent. My son ordered the child's cheeseburger which, unbeknownst to him, came with mayonnaise (which he does not like). They provided him a brand new cheeseburger, cooked and topped as he...more

Great atmosphere. Had the fish and chips which was excellent. Also, had the raspberry house dessert which was good, but was just a little too large for my taste. The chocolate tart was also delightful. A friend are the salmon and commented on its tenderness and freshness. Overall, highly recommend and would definitely return.more
