I had problem with a crank on my single speed bike and got it fixed within an hour... on SATURDAY. Result!!!! Labour and a replacement part was only £22 all together!

A very helpful bunch.

For the first time in London, I had a flat. It was pretty bad--my front tyre, which was ancient, had actually ripped. So I'd need a tyre and a tube. I knew nothing about either. So I just took a bunch of photos of what I thought was the specification of my tyre and walked into the shop, hoping someone would be able to help me.

Amazing and honest service provided by one of the guy who serve me, he was completely effective and quick even if I arrived close to the closing time.

They really know what they are doing, and the guy was extremely funny as well you can tell how passionate he is about the cycling world.

This is a great place to grab parts for your self build, especially if you're a fixie enthusiast. There are plenty of new and vintage (not used mate) frames for sale but prices are not competitive and it's mostly track frames. TL:DR; Hipster bike shop with nice people that unfortunately are mechanically inept. After 3 bad experiences we're taking our bikes elsewhere. My gf's bike has come back to us in a less safe condition then when we dropped it off 2 out of the 3 times.
