It is a cliché, but I can only describe Dalston Mills as an Aladdin's cave of fabrics.

They have an immense selection of fabrics from garish costume fabrics to delicate and elegant satins and lace, taking up every inch of the shop hidden at the end of Ridley Road Market

On top of all this, prices are very reasonable. There are few places I know where you have such wide choice without paying...more
