I used to love this place (it once warranted a 5 star review) but I think that it is on the slide at the moment. Although the words 'don't judge a book by its cover' ring in my ears, I am the kind of person that panic buys a bottle on the basis of a pretty picture rather than bothers herself to ask the staff for help. I always find...more
