Craft focus on quality in production by collaborating with modern experts, fanatics and obsessives to craft world class products through the roasting of coffee, smoking of fish, bee keeping, meat curing, fermentation of vegetables and the creation of a contemporary kitchen garden. Both the restaurant dishes and the products are created using almost exclusively British produce bought from farmers we know well and always handled with a light, modern, touch.

The reason I'm not giving this 5/5 is because I don't think the ambiance lives up to the food. So don't judge the food by the location (like I initially did!)

Conveniently located, a bit far from the crowds, the atmosphere was tranquil and not too noisy. Prices were acceptable and the decor trendy without verging on the too hipsterish. Nice cups and plates (yes, that is important), the right size to appreciate your hot...more
