Byron

About

Byron Strand serves proper hamburgers, the way they should be. Properly sourced British beef, ground fresh into 6oz patties and cooked medium so it's pink and juicy and served in a squishy bun with a pickle on the side. Fries, sides, extra-thick milkshakes and craft beers round things off. A Mini Byron menu for kids plus vegetarian options ensure there's something for everyone.

Stopped here after visiting the Royal Observatory. Great tasting burger. The menu and flavor reminded me of the USA. We were seated immediately and service was solid. It's very convenient to the ferry.more

I have to admit, I was a bit dubious about my "Byronaldo" burger at first. Bovril onions? Bread and butter pickles? But after some helpful guidance from the waiter, I decided to give it a try. Onions fried in beef stock sounded pretty good, as did pickles in a special sauce.

Furthermore, the vegetables used in the burger was satisfactory as the tomato slices kept sliding off my burger due to...more

Burgers are really good, they know what you mean with "medium rare cooked" I mean it. They have nice seatings and really nice employees. Oreo milkshake is the best among all Byron's.

Only down side is when they're busy, you'll have to wait a lot..

Good for coming with friends also not loud music, you can hear what you say and of course free wifi for the stomach of your techs :)more
